Shipping:

• Domestic: Orders ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays via USPS Priority (2-3 business days).
• International: Available to select countries. Email for specific requests.

 

Returns & Cancellations:

• Damaged Items: 

  If your item arrives damaged, please email a clear photo of the item and packaging to info@true-spirit.co within 3 days of delivery. We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement if eligible.

• Exchanges: 

  To request an exchange, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note: the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Cancellations:

  Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the item ships. Once your order is in transit, we’re unable to make changes or offer cancellations.
