• These additional steps may extend processing times but ensure the unique quality of your order.

 

Shipping:

• Domestic: Orders ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays via USPS Priority (2-3 business days).
• International: Available to select countries. Email for specific requests.

 

Returns & Cancellations:

• Damaged Items: Provide photo evidence to info@true-spirit.co for a replacement.
• Exchanges: Notify within 14 days of receipt. Buyer covers return shipping.
• Cancellations: Request ASAP. No refunds or changes once shipped.
