What is the jewelry made of?

Gold filled material, Zinc Alloy, or Sterling Silver. This will vary by piece and will be made known in product descriptions.

Zinc Alloy is a very common type of material used by many jewelry manufacturers & safe for wear. 


The zinc alloy is Tarnish resistant! However, it is possible that the color will fade over time or turn if excessively exposed to water.

Like most metals, zinc alloy can tarnish and discolor. Depending on care & exposure to certain conditions, this can happen very quickly, or take several months. With proper care your pieces should last longer.

What happens if one of my items breaks?

At Truespirit Co., we understand how important your jewelry pieces are to you, and we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If one of your items breaks, here’s what you can expect:


| Warranty Coverage |


Warranty Period: All our jewelry pieces are covered under a warranty for one year from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered: The warranty includes defects in materials and workmanship. However, it does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.


| Repair Services |


Under Warranty: If your piece is within the warranty period, we will repair it at no cost to you or at a reduced cost, depending on the nature of the damage.

Out of Warranty: If the warranty period has expired, we offer repair services for a fee based on the extent of the damage and the materials required.


| Replacement Options |


Non-Repairable Items: If the item cannot be repaired and is still under warranty, we will provide a replacement of the same or a similar item.

Out of Warranty: For non-repairable items outside the warranty period, we will discuss replacement options and associated costs with you.


| Return and Refund Policy |


Within 30 Days: If your item breaks within 30 days of purchase, you can return it in its original condition with proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

After 30 Days: For items returned after 30 days, or without proper documentation, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.

Preventive Care: To prevent damage, please follow the care instructions provided at the time of purchase. Regularly inspect your jewelry for signs of wear and tear and seek prompt repair services if needed.
